Landfill biogas extraction substations
In landfills, biogas produced from waste degradation typically ends its cycle in combustion within flares. However, we believe in maximising the use of biogas for the production of electrical and thermal energy. For this reason, we have developed biogas extraction substations. Through this product, on each individual well, it is possible to regulate the necessary suction to achieve a methane content suitable for use in generation units. When biogas is depleted in both flow rate and methane content, our dual-collector substations can be used. In these, one line is used for energy recovery and the other for sending the "bad" biogas to the flare.
Our staff will study and evaluate solutions that best suit the needs related to energy efficiency and production continuity.
