Shell and tube heat exchangers

The LAI shell and tube heat exchanger is ideal for recovering the thermal energy contained in the exhaust gases of internal combustion engines. The heated fluid, such as hot water, steam, or thermal oil, can be used in various civil and industrial applications.

The bypass allows you to put the process on standby or adjust the flow to vary the outlet temperature.

The heat exchanger, manufactured in our Cerreto Guidi facilities, consists of a shell made of traditional or extended-surface tubes to maximize heat exchange. The fluids, which can be liquid or gaseous, flow inside the tubes and between the tubes and the shell.
